El Patron 48 Premier 30X Cowboy Hat

A true Stetson icon, our El Patron combines premier quality and classic Western style in one timeless package. It’s crafted from our proprietary 30X fur felt, which is prized for its durability and elegant feel, and, as with all hats that come out of our factory in Texas, each El Patron is touched by more than 100 sets of hands during production, resulting in a hat that is designed and built to stand the test of time. This edition features a 4840 profile, which translates to a 4” cattleman crown and 4 1/4” brim. It’s finished with a matching self-felt band and three-piece, genuine sterling silver buckle with ruby-tone inset stones, gold overlay and JBS letters—a nod to our founder John B. Stetson, whose trailblazing spirit and commitment to quality live on in everything we make. A handsewn premier roan leather sweatband and deluxe embroidered satin liner provide a time-tested fit and premium comfort.
